Timelapse Pi Mk5 WoodCam
The barest of bones:
- Pi Zero W + 8 MP Pi Camera V2
- screwed to a block of wood

Pi Zero W + 8 MP Pi Camera V2
Again, all the same simple code from Mk3.
Took all of about 10 minutes to get up and running.
Picture quality was quite good without any adjustments:

This was by far the fastest and easiest camera to make yet. The problem is that the Pi Camera V2 resolution isn't as good as I would like. It can't capture 4k resolution photos.
So I think that the best solution is to use the 16 MP ArduCam with autofocus and capture stills at 4k resolution (3840 x 2160).
